Customers have asked for Web ordering, electronic payments and self-service tools. In response to this customer demand Coca-Cola Amatil have developed CokeConnect.com as a new ordering channel and as our Web platform for future customer service initiatives.
4. Do I need to be an existing CCA customer to use Coke Connect?
Yes. To become a Coca-Cola Amatil customer please call 13COKE and talk with one of our customer service representatives.
5. Is registration free?
Yes. It is free for you to register for product ordering, payments or our eNewsletter.
6. Are you continuing to offer the existing order methods such as phone or fax?
Yes. Web ordering through www.cokeconnect.com is optional. Call centre, fax and other ordering methods are still available for customers.
7. What CCA products can I order via CokeConnect.com?
You can order all of the beverage products in your current range at this stage but in the future will be able to order non-beverage products.
8. Can I order any beverage product?
You can order all of the products in your current range. New products and special promotions will be automatically updated when they are available.
